Frequently Asked Questions

You’ve Got Questions – We’ve Got Answers!

Here are a handful of our most common customer questions and answers.

Is it important to get a pre-scan?

Pre-scans are vital to providing a “baseline health check” of the vehicle. A pre-scan aids in producing an accurate initial repair plan which can improve cycle time. A pre-scan will also identify potential pre-existing conditions in the vehicle.

When does a calibration need to be performed?
A fraction of an inch of misalignment can translate into several feet of reading error on the highway. Given the precise design and function of ADAS-related sensors and cameras, precautions should be taken anytime components are serviced or disturbed in position.
What determines a calibration for windshields?
Anytime windshield glass is replaced OR even removed for repairs, forward facing ADAS systems must be accounted for.
Can I use mobile services, or will my vehicle need to transported to the service center?
When determining if the repair can be done at your location via our mobile services or we need to transport the vehicle to our service center, we factor in; complexity, OEM requirements, and time required. Our goal is to keep your production floor available for you.
